Who is responsible

NM Technology Services & Solutions (NMTSS) is responsible for the personal data you send us through the NMTSS website.

What we collect and why

The contact form collects your name, your email address, your company (if you give it), the topic you choose and your message. It also records the language of the page and which site you wrote from.

We use this information to answer your message.

Who processes it

  • Vercel: hosts this site and runs the contact form.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: checks that the form is sent by a person. It loads from Cloudflare, and we send Cloudflare your IP address to verify the check.
  • Chatwoot: the inbox where your message arrives, at support.xibodev.com.
  • Google Workspace: the team receives a copy of each conversation by email.
  • Google Fonts: the pages load their fonts from Google, which receives your IP address.
  • Bugsink: our own error tracker, at errors.xibodev.com. If the form fails on our side, it receives a technical report, which never includes what you wrote in the form or your IP address.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Write to us through the contact form.

How long we keep it

We keep your message and your contact details for 12 months after our last exchange, then delete them.
